Print Shipping Label
Generate and print a prepaid UPS return shipping label directly from the portal; a small fee will be deducted from your refund for the use of this label.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and securely seal the box before affixing the return label.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 10-14 business days of receipt.
